Our luxury cottages in North Norfolk by the sea are the perfect location for a luxury fine dining self-catering holiday. You will find yourself surrounded by farms, pretty fishing villages, market towns, breweries and smokehouses offering a wealth of mouth-watering fresh produce.
In your luxury self-catering holiday cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons needed to help you prepare, cook and enjoy a special holiday meal for your family and friends. To make your stay with us extra special, we include for you on your arrival a complimentary gourmet welcome pack.
Complimentary gourmet welcome pack
Upon arrival, all our guests receive a complimentary gourmet welcome pack which includes a selection of wine and gorgeous home-made bread and cakes. Guests at Incleborough House also receive champagne (full house bookings only).
The ingredients for your first luxury breakfast are also included in your pack, consisting of locally sourced ingredients, including local Norfolk sausages, dry-cured bacon, black pudding, local-free range Norfolk eggs, field mushrooms and tomatoes, plus milk of course.

On your first morning we can cook and serve your full cooked breakfast, which includes local Norfolk sausages and bacon. Please ask for details when booking and note that charges may apply.
